SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time (all destinations): 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total delivery time (all destinations): 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm (GMT+1) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after Friday 5pm (GMT+1) will be processed starting the following Monday.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order via our site using your tracking number.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free delivery, with no minimum order value.

Destinations: France and 26 other European countries.

Carrier: La Poste / Colissimo / Chronopost / DPD France / GLS

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the destination address. If an address change is needed, please contact us within 24 hours of your order at CONTACT@FREEDCONN-STORE.COM.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND ADDRESS ERRORS

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend making your request within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item has shipped, please refer to our return policy for any refund request.

We encourage you to carefully check your address before finalizing your order. Any address correction will only be possible if the order is still being processed.

FREEDCONN cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and immediately informing our customer service.

If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact us at CONTACT@FREEDCONN-STORE.COM with photos of the product and its packaging attached.
