Will it fit my helmet?
In almost every case, yes. The module clips onto the shell with the adhesive plate or the clamp supplied, and the speakers sit in the ear pockets of full-face, modular and open-face helmets. Fitting takes about fifteen minutes and calls for no drilling and no glueing of the shell.
Can I talk to a friend running a Sena or a Cardo?
Yes, over universal Bluetooth: your intercom pairs with theirs the way it would pair with a phone. Mesh, on the other hand, belongs to each brand, so a mixed group falls back to a standard Bluetooth link, with its range and its limits.
What is the real range, not the one on the spec sheet?
The 1000 m quoted are measured in clear line of sight, with nothing in the way. On open road, expect 300 to 600 m between two bikes, and far less in town or under trees. That holds for every brand, ours included.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 working days, then carried in 6 to 10 working days depending on the destination, so 7 to 13 working days in all. Delivery is free, in France and across the European Union, with no minimum order.
Can I send it back if it does not suit me?
Yes, within 14 days, with no restocking fee and no reason to give. Return postage is yours to cover. The manufacturer's warranty runs for two years, and after-sales service is handled from France.
